CONCEPT
Etxera’s primary focus lies in regenerating the abandoned industrial area of Txonta neighborhood, using the restoration of the old Aibe building and the construction of an annex that links it to the slope, parking area, and Txonta Street.
Etxera remains dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging, creating a sanctuary where residents harmoniously blend with their surroundings. Each aspect of this revitalization is purposefully designed, underscoring the profound connection between architecture, urban planning, and the community. By promoting adaptable design that respects heritage and embraces innovation, Etxera aims to become a symbolic model of urban renewal, leaving a lasting legacy that showcases the strength and flexibility of this proposal in shaping the future vision of the neighborhood.
