The space is divided in two well separated parts according to the user. First of all, the customers area, with direct access from the street by means of three big hollows in the  facade (one of them acting as entry door and the other two serving as big windows which allow light entrance). This first part of the space has a rectangular shape that helps the customers to move freely around different showcases and tasting areas.

The private area gets narrower as long as we go deep into the store, as if it was a sort of funnel which in turn splits in two different areas separated by a wall perpendicular to the walk. The first one of them is open towards the customers area and serves to attend to them by means of a meat workroom and a cash register. The second one, closed, give access to independent spaces such as warehouse, toilet and dressing room.

Materials employed both in faces and tools used where the meat has to be cut, treated and prepare for customers are corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, avoiding any kind of porous materials prone to bacteria adhesion and therefore difficult to sterilize.

The shop belongs to a fire area and is provided with pertinent fire-fighting services as well as mandatory evacuation marks and a system to unlock the doors in case of emergency or black out. The biggest distance for evacuation in the worst of cases is not more that the 25 metres specified by the European regulations.

Criteria defined by Urbanism, Industry and Commerce councillorship of Marbella Council have been followed, as well as every measure regarding environmental contingencies and park hygiene and sanitation control.
